Ht. 5'2", Wt. 245 - hey guys. well I have not been doing that great these past couple of days. i am really going to try to start my diet tomorrow. i am not going to drink any sodas. only water. im probably gunna have fruit for breakfast, maybe a sandwich for lunch with just turkey and mustard. For dinner, I dunno what I will have. Do you think I will start losing weight if i stick with that? Well anyways,please leave me ANY tips. I will listen to anything you guys say and i would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
