Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - excersize; about 1-1/2 of walking plus ima play ddr right now. food; instant oatmeal made w/water for breakfast. after school turkey on wheat with mustard and ONE peice of cheese and an apple. around 5ish i ate some steamed babys carrots. Gonna play DDR and eat something light. drank tons of water. LET ME KNOW HOW I DID THANKS :] |
