Ht. 5'6", Wt. 157 - I'm going to post what I ate and stuff. Breakfast: honeycomb cereal w/ 2% milk & a banana; Lunch: 6 inch turkey sub from Subway on wheat bread & pepporchinis; Snack: granola & strawberries & lowfat yoghurt; Dinner: Chicken asian salad from Jack N' The Box & a diet green tea sobe; Later on: some more strawberries & a piece of granola; For excercise I just walked around at Costco and Target & also cleaned this guys house (scrubbing stuff) for 4 and a half hours. I made $30! I'm going to use that towards a manicure/pedicure! =) Please respond. Thanks.
