Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - hey guys! i'm 153.5 lbs now!! i've lost 11.5 lbs!! i can't believe it! i haven't even really been working out!! i just basically cut out sugar and ate more veggies and whole grains and stuff!! it's amazing!! i'm gonna start working out more though..i just need to get on a schedule!
