Message Replying To From christina, Age 16 Ht. 5'9", Wt. 170 - oook so here's my day so far....breakfast:oatmeal and a few pieces of cantalope. lunch:fruit salad, cherry tomatoes, snack:pudding(only 60 cals!) exercise:rollerbladed about 4 miles. snack:apple. dinner:either soup or a lean cuisine meal. later exercise:work out at ymca for an hour |
