Ht. 5'2", Wt. 160 - ok so for my health class our teacher is making us write down EVERYTHING we eat and drink for the next week, just so we can see how much we actually do eat. and this is how i did today and i know its bad.. breakfast: a bagel w/ cream cheese, grape juice, milk, and i had a cup of coffee(i couldnt live w/out coffee) Lunch: 2 hash browns w/ ketchup, 1 chocolate chip cookie and chocolate milk (school lunches suck i couldnt eat the hotdog, i could barely stand the smell) Dinner: spagetti, with garlic and herb sauce Snacks: 2 pretzel rods and a can of coke okay so ik its bad but can u tell me what you think I should do
