Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 163 - horray! i am down to 163 lbs. i have to et to 130-135 in like 3 months or sooner if possible. ive been eating good, exercising, and taking slim mints. breakfast-half a bagel with butter and 2 glasses of water and half a cup of milk. lunch-turkey on wheat bread with a tablespoon of mayo, w/ carrots and a hershey granola bar which was only 150 cals. dinner- i dont know yet. |
