Ht. 5'6", Wt. 157 - I would like some feedback on how I did! Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 1/2 wheat pita w/ turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, & mustard, & some cherry tomatoes & carrots; Snack: chocolate rice cake w/ peanut butter & an apple; Dinner: chicken noodle soup & lima beans & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: sit-ups, jogging, and walking in p.e. & 1 hour hip-hop class. How did I do??? I want to do good to where I am losing weight, not just maintaining. Please give feedback and be harsh. Tell me what's bad please?? Thanks. =)
