Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - hey everyone since monday, ive lost 3 pounds! by eating healthy, eating vegetables everday, and by having slim mints. oh yeah lyndsay just go to slimmints.com and you can order them. trust me they work. ive been losing about .5 each day. good luck! :] breakfast- i know this sounds horrible but i had a blueberry muffin with butter. lunch- turkey, cheese, and light mayo sandwich w/ carrots and wheat garlic crackers. dinner- ??? exercise- crunches, volleyball.
