Ht. 5'6", Wt. 157 - Hey everyone. I would like some feedback for my day today. Oooh my horoscope said that I will finally reach a goal within the next few months that I have wanted to accomplish for a long time! Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & strawberries; Lunch: 1/2 wheat pita w/ turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, & mustard & carrots; Snack: an apple & some strawberries; Dinner: chicken fajita (tortilla shell, chicken, peppers, & fat free ranch dressing) and then I had a bunch more chicken with fat free ranch. Excercise: like a 5 min walk home? lol. & I did a little excercise on a body ball. & a 30 minute walk/jog leslie sanone dvd. What do you think? Be harsh with feedback I want to know what's good & bad. I can't wait to lose weight!!! =)
