Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 157 - Please give me some feedback!! Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: chicken, peppers, onions, & fat free ranch dressing on a tortilla shell; Snack: 4 sesame rolls (44 cals) & an apple; Dinner: 3 pancakes w/ peanut butter & a little syrup & a cup of 1% milk; Dessert: a healthy choice fudge bar; Excercise: jogged 1 mile, walked 1 mile, did part of a magazine workout w/ 5 pound weights, 50 cruntches, some leg lifts, and yeahhh that's about it.
