Ht. 5'6", Wt. 167 - Ok...so I'm just trying to see what all you have done to lose weight. Everytime i lose, i gain it right back. It might be that i'm not losing it the right way. But what kind of exercises and what kinds of foods are you eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks? And by eating those foods, do you see a change in your weight? Thanks for you reply.
