Message Replying To From sabina, Age 17 Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - This is my daily workout routine I started last Thursday and for once I'm actually sticking to it. I go to the gym everyday except Fridays, and workout between 40 min- 1 hour, on the elliptical and the bike. Then on Sun, Mon, and Thurs I also do Pilates Abs. For my diet I have a soy shake in the morning, for lunch a sandwich, and for dinner lots of veggies and fruits. I feel great. I have more energy and I feel more confident. |
