Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I am trying for a fresh start yet again. This time it's for real, I'm going to reach my goals! Everyday I'm going to post what food I ate and what excercise I did. So here it goes. Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 2 chocolate rice cakes w/ peanut butter & pea pods; Snack: bowl of green grapes; Dinner: chicken & rice Lean Cuisine w/ soy sauce & a cup of 1% milk....; Excercise: 40 minute cardio DVD & 10 minute walk. I'd love some feedback, so pleaseeeee give it? It'd be helpful! Thank you!!! =)
