~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 297 - One of the main issues I have with exercising is that I am always extremly tired when I get home from school. I can exercise on Saturdays and Sundays fine, but that's not really enough exercise in a week. I'm tired because I don't really get enough sleep [what teen does?] because I have a ton of homework, afterschool activities, spending time with my family and hanging out with friends. I usually don't get home until four, because of staying after with school things...and in order to get 8 hours of sleep I need to go to bed at 10. But for me, I need more like 10 hours to feel rested...obviously that's not possible. I feel like I'm always in a time crunch. So that's another thing, I barely have time to exercise, and when I do, I'm really tired and feel more like sleeping than getting up and walking. Any ideas anyone?
