~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - So I really need to add in exercise to my day and I have the time for it, but what are some good physical activities to do indoors? I like to walk, but there is snow everywhere outside and it won't melt for a while. I just don't have the money to get a walking workout DVD, and I have DDR but I know that's not enough if I want really good results. I know it sounds like I'm making excuses, but I really need to find some way to do indoor exercise without it being boring. Can anyone help???
