Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - This is my meal/excercise plan for tomorrow....is this healthy? Breakfast: pancake w/ peanut butter & an apple; Lunch: salad w/ lettuce, chicken, peppers, onions, & fat free ranch dressing & also a little broccoli & califlower; Snack: fat free vanilla yoghurt w/ strawberries; Dinner: salmon & whole wheat pasta Lean Cuisine meal & a cup of 1% milk; and Excercise: 15 minute walk, some jogging, and 30 minutes Tae Bo....what do you think? FEEDBACK!!! |
