If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - So today I didn't excercise, I just cleaned this guys house for a few hours. It was easy though not much excercise....hmm....here's what I ate. I'd love some feedback! Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: chicken salad w/ lettuce onions & peppers & fat free ranch dressing & an apple; Dinner: chicken noodle soup & a veggie sausage patty w/ mustard & blackberries & a cup of 1% milk....what do you think??? |
