Ht. 5'2", Wt. 246 - hey guys.. okay this is my day so far.. well i woke up at like 11pm so i just had lunch pretty much.. i had a 98% reduced fat bologna and miracle whip on a bagel and some fat free chips.. for a snack just a few minutes ago at about 2:20pm i had some apple slices dipped in fat free caramel dip.. and that is all so far.. for dinner i dont really know what i am going to have... so how did i do so far?? well ill talk to you gguys later..
