Breakfast: 1 pancake w/ 1 tbsp. peanut butter & a banana & 1 cup 1% milk; Lunch: chicken noodle soup & grapes & sugar free jello; Snack: 4 little sesame rolls & raspberries & blueberries; Dinner: Smartone meal- teryaki chicken w/ rice & veggies & 1 cup 1% milk; Excercise: 30 minute walk & 1 hr. hip-hop class..........What do you think?
