Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing good. I'd love some feedback, please reply! Breakfast: pancake w/ peanut butter & a banana & a cup of 2% milk; Lunch: fat free yoghurt w/ berries & granola; Snack: grapes & sugar free jello; Dinner: Subway 6-inch turkey sub on wheat (w/tha cheese); & I also had like 2 peices of sugar free gum....Excercise: arm excercise w/ weights, cruntches, like 10 minutes of a dance dvd, & 20 minute walk (IN THA COLD LOL!) Feedback pleeeeeeeeeasssssseee preettty pleassee??? Thanks =)
