Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - ok so o haven't been on here in a while, and i haven't done very well, but starting tommorow i'm getting back on track. i need to. so here are my goals. 1. Get at least 30 min. activity every day 2. run 1 mile at least 5 day a week 3.Eat more fruits and vegatbels every day 4. get on here at least once a week and post my progress. Now those are just a few things but i guess it's a start. anyways if anyone has anything else that might help just let me know. any thing would be great.
