Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I would like some feedback on my food choices today. Breakfast: fat free yoghurt w/ granola & berries; Lunch: Subway 6-inch turkey sub on wheat bread w/ veggies & cheese, & a sugar free jello; Snack: an orange & toasted ranch ritz chips; Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken breast & veggies meal & a cup of 1% milk;.....Please give feedback, give me any tips you have...what was bad?? what was good??
