Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I have a couple tips for everyone. One thing is don't eat after 7 pm, that helps a lot. Another thing is don't waste your money buying 100 calorie packs at the store- just make your own! Buy the actual snacks you like and look at the back, and figure out how many peices of whatever it is would equal 100 calories. Divide the ammount of calories per serving by the ammount of peices per serving. Then take 100 and divide it by that number and that's how many peices. Just put them in seperate plastic bags and there you go! =)
