If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I feel like I didn't do as good as I have been doing today....Breakfast: maple & brown sugar oatmeal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: cambell's chicken & stars soup cup & a special k bar & an apple; Snack: rye crispbread & carrots w/ salsa; Dinner: boca sloppy joe on a wheat bun & 1% milk; Excercise: 1/2 hour walk, some push-ups & cruntches, & an hour hip-hop dance class. What was bad, what was good, what could I do better on? I would love some feedback please!! =) |
