Ht. 6'2", Start: 371 lb, Today: 371 lb, Goal: 250 lb - Well to day was my first day of my diet! I feel wonderful! Well this is what I"ve done today. For breakfast I didn't eat because I dont' have time in the morning, then for lunch I had a salad topped off with shreades of turkey and cheese, with light Italin dressing, with a seving of pears and 1% milk. Then for a snack after I came home was carrots apple sauce and some chips and dip (which wasn't needed but my belly was still growling xD ) and thats it to far. I'll eat some kind of dinner later lol give me some tips please!
