Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Well today I think I did pretty good. Breakfast was cereal. Lunch a sandwich and an apple. Snack Yogurt and Dinner was lasagna. Exercise was speed training and walking for like 40 mins. I feel pretty good. I think my weight has gone down some but I'm staying away from the scale untill I know I can see a number I can be proud of. Untill then it's just about treating myself right and doing the right things for my body.
