Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 135 lb - food today: breakfast- tea& 2 pieces of toast. lunch-green tea. tuna& crackers. apples. sugar free pudding. snack after school-chips=150 calories exercise-2 workout videos. i measured my stomach today. standing up i was 42' inches. and sitting down i was 45 inches. is that bad? |
