Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey every one ive been doing ok, i lost five pounds, ive been drinking protein shakes in the morning eating an apple around 9 on school days and then a few bites of my boyfriends lunch and then when i get home low fat high fiber tortillas and salsa and dinner hasnt been that great i keep messing up i need to start working on portion control and drinking a lot of water, i exercise 6 days a week, monday and wednesday rugby practice tuesday and thursday running and sat and sun workouts that i make up does any one have any suggestions?
