Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey it's Friday! Tomorrow is my treat day so I am going to have chinese food and pie! Anyways, let me know how I did today please. Breakfast: fat-free yoghurt w/raspberries, blueberries, & granola; Lunch: 1/2 whole-wheat pita pocket w/lettuce,tomato,avacado,swiss cheese,fat-free italian dressing, & mustard & an apple; Snack: carrots w/salsa & a rye crispbread; Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken/brown rice/snap pea meal w/ soy sauce & 1% milk; Excercise: 20 min. walk, 15 min. cross-trainer, 15 min. stationary bicycle, 30 min treadmill.
