Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so i have a lot of random questions today. haha. when everyone says drinking a lot of water helps you lose weight, how much do you mean? Like, more than 8 glasses? and how does it help? also, is easier to lose weight when you've got a lot of weight to lose? (did that make sense?) cause i only have 20 lbs to lose and i have such a hard time! or is that just because my diet and exercise isnt strict enough? another question, do you lose inches faster than lbs? and are peanutbutter and jelly's bad for you? and my last question...just out of curiosity, where are most of you guys from? personally i'm from the U.S., PA actually. I know its kind of a weird question but i was just really curious! Well thanks i know i sound kind of dumb asking all these questions! :]
