Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok, my diet is off to a very slow start. so, first question. I usually eat school lunch, how do i know how many calories and crap it is? second, i don't have a gym membership and i can't afford one. it's cold and snowy, what should i do to exercise??? And lastly, i need tips on how not to eat because i'm bored. plz respond
