Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok so im at a plateau i cant seem to lose any weight.... i lost another five pounds but after that it just kinda stopped.... so im going to up my exercise and run twelve miles this week probably two a day today,tomorrow, monday tuesday,wednesday and thursday ( i like my fridays...) does any one want to do it with me so that we can keep each other motivated and just post how we felt and stuff on here? and why wont it let you put it on here if you have just lost weight and are still working to get to your goal my actual weight is 155 right now
