Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - If any of you ever think about trying the dance workout tape "B-you" by Sabrina Bryan, think again. I just tried doing it cause I saw it at the library and I was very disappointed. She doesn't show the moves very well and It's very hard to catch on, it's not just me either. I'm usually very good at following along with workout tapes, dance classes and aerobics but this was just ridiculous. And for those of you who did do it and it worked for you, you are truly VERY gifted.
