Message Replying To From *Sarah*, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - first of all this is not the same sarah that put up the last post. i'll put those stars around my name now so there isnt confusion. but anyway, i'm pretty proud of myself about the last few days. yesterday i consumed about 1200 calories and burned about 2730. (well thats what fitday.com told me. does anyone know if those calories burned numbers are accurate on fitday?) am i burning enough calories to lose a lb a week? i'm just curious about your opinions on how i'm doing! i realllllllllly want to be able to wear a bikini this summer. i'm sure you all know how i feel! i'd appreciate some opinions. thanks guys! this site is really helping me. |
