Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'd like some feedback. I had my treat day yesterday but I waaay over did it. Breakfast: Total whole wheat cereal w/ 1% milk & an orange; Lunch: teriyaki chicken & vegetable stir-fry & a little rice & grapes; Snack: pretzels; Dinner: Smart Ones meal- angel hair marinara pasta w/zuccini & 1% milk; Calorie total= about 1,300. Excercise: 15 minutes cross-trainer, 15 minutes stationary bicycle, 100 cruntches, & 30 minutes treadmill at a low-speed. Reply please. |
