Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Well its a new week, thank goodness! And i'm already late to school the first day, go figure ;)Plus I didn't really weigh in this morning and I don't think I wanna know, But i'm pretty excited for this week, wed i got to our capital to have lunch with the governor and then no school friday then i go outta town with a bunch of my friends thru the weekend thru tues so Yay! And i'm pretty motivated for this week cuz next week a lot of my friends are coming home for spring break and i wanna look good when they see me ya know? Well here's the plan for today (Breakfast) Watermelon and Grapes (Lunch) Turkey and cheese sandwich and yogurt (Snack) 2 cups of white popcorn (Dinner) i don't know yet Then I'm gonna hopefully get a good lift in here then I'll go to the gym after school and prob do eliptical for an hour then just strength training....Not too exciting, well good luck everybody I gotta feeling today is gonna be a good day!
