Ht. 5'8", Start: 202 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 170 lb - This is my mini goal weight. This is where I want to be by my b-day at the end of may. I figured it out on the bus today if i lose 2lbs a week I can reach my goal yay. Well this week I lost 4lbs yay!! I'm glad I atleast losing weight. Now I just have to keep it up. Yesterday wanted to binge really bad. I just keep thinking oh my god I so hungry. I was really proud of myself for just having a few pickels istead of eating like crazy. Anyways it monday and a new week here's what I ate today. Breakfast a snack size bag half full with ceral, lunch 4 chicken O's, 1 pieace of bread, carrots with a little ranch, and a chocolate milk, Dinner ham sandwich on wheat bread with a little light mircule wip with chedder cheese and a snack size bag half full with apple cinnamon cherrios, and water. or and my after school snack was a fiber bar. I ran on the treadmill for 33 min. and i'm going to do some sit ups and jump rope later. How did I do?? Please reply.
