Ht. 5'1", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I'm not off to a very good start, but I really wanna lose about 10-15 pounds. So far today, I had half a granola bar, Sunny D, half a spicy chicken sandwich, a twix bar, 1 tator tot, a handful of chips with spinach dip, a few bites of chicken, a bite of broccoli casserole, and a mountain dew. I know it wasn't that good, but I'm not eating anymore today, and I really need to lay off the pop. It's really addicting, and I layed of coke (my absolute favorite) for 3 days, until my sister got one with her happymeal, and I snapped. Lol. If I just stayed away from junk and pop, I think I'd lose more weight. I didn't exercise today, though because I really haven't had time. We're taking the OGT (Ohio Graduation Test) in school, and I haven't been in gym to exercise, and I just finished doing dishes and laundry, and I'm tired now. Oh...In 5th period study hall, after we were released back to our classes, I did do a few stomach exercises with my friend Tia. So, yeah...I really need some tips. Thanks, and good luck to you all!
