Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My family thinks im starving my self. This is what I ate today. 3/4 cup of cereal 1/2 cup of milk and water. For lucnh 1/2 a sandwhich, 150 cal fiber bar. 100 cal pak and water. For supper 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and 3 peices of french fries and water. For exercses 30 min basketball, 15 min double dutch I didn't jump for 15 min in a row though. and exercsises here at home. Do you think im starving my self and How did I do
