Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Breakfast: bowl of corn bran with 1% milk + 1 cup of coffe with cream and sugar. Lunch: 3 cups of 'blue menu' or 'healthier choice' popcorn + 1 cup of coffee with cream and sugar. There is no food in my house right now so i know these meals arent very good but ah well groceries today so i should have a yummy veggie filled dinner :)
