If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Dallis, Age 16 Ht. 5'1", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay... Today, I had a twix bar, 5 skittles, 3 pieces of pizza, half a can of coke, a bottle of apple juice, and 2-3 glasses of milk...I think that was pretty bad. I didn't do gym today because I've been sick. But, I did manage to do 24 X-Crunches, and 24 of these other things...I forget what they're called. I don't know. It helps tighten up your abs. I'll get better eventually. I think I'm gonna start the jump roping thing...How did I do? |
