Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well i wiehged in this morning and 172.5 which i don't know how its not more really cuz these last few days i swear all i've done is eat, but w/e i guess NEW DAY hehe. I just need some motivation or sumthin, i mean i've been kinda depressed for the past few weeks cuz me and my bf of over a year had a really nasty break up and he's already with sum bimbo and i guess its hard for me to move on but kinda as a treat my best friend and i are doing a pamper day on saturday and getting our hair cut and recolored and a mani and pedi and then going shopping for prom dresses all day so hopefully that will cheer me up but i don't know. Its just hard I really just wanna move on to the next step in my life and turn the page on all of it but i can't get away from it, I just wanna graduate! I'm just hoping if I keep my mind preoccupied (especially on my weight loss goals) maybe i can try to forget about everything for a lil bit. Well I think my short term goal is gonna be 168 by sunday which really won't be too bad for me cuz i'll just burn off everything from thses past 3-4 days quick.
