Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! I wanted to know how much you guys exercise on a daily basis? I work out 30 minutes in the morning on my fastrak, and then I take my dog for a 1 hour walk when I get home from school. Do you think this is enough? Also, when did your loss start to slow down? I used to lose 2 pounds weekly and now I just randomly lose weight every other week. Sometimes it's 2, sometimes 4, and like last week it was 5.
