Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Gah...I'm so upset with my body. I know it has to work at it's own pace, but why!? I didn't lose any weight yet this week. It's starting to get on my nerves. Every other week I lose weight now. I hate it. I want my 2 pounds every week back. I spend so much time eating healthy and exercising, and it sucks. I do 30 minutes on my fastrak, and I take the dog for a walk everyday for at least 30 minutes. Yesterday my little sister and I spent a lot of time riding bikes all around the place. We were riding bikes everywhere. Maybe if I work extra hard today, and Saturday I'll lose some weight. I'm going to a park on Saturday, and tonight I'll probably bike ride some more. This is so irritating. Plus, today is my 2 brothers birthday, and there's going to be cake!!! I'm so scared that I'm going to eat a piece. It's my favorite home made cake, and it is so fattening!!! If I would have lost weight this week I probably wouldn't be tempted at all to eat any, but now I am going to be. Not just that, but my mom wants me to make it. I refuse...then I'll want to lick the spoons and stuff. OMG!!! Do you think that instead of eating any of the cake itself, that I should just eat some graham crackers with whipped cream, since those are two of the ingredients in the cake? I need help to resist this temptation, any tips?
