Message Replying To From *Sarah*, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - before i say how much i want to lose by this date, how much do you think i could lose by july if i do this: jog for 30 minutes, 5x a week, 100 crunches a day(i know that doesnt help weight loss, but if i do lose the weight i would like to be toned), a random exercise every day for at least 10 minutes(jump rope, jumping jacks, walking), and eating about 1500 calories a day. I am very curious about what you think i could lose in the next few months with that routine. Thanks! |
