Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey everyone! im new here and i just wanted to know how i can be able to loose like around 35-40 pounds. i workout every day i go jogging on my tredmill for 20 min and then i go outside and walk for 10 min. i play tennis monday tuesday thursday. what else should i do to loose my weight by june?!? please
