~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So last night I had a sleepover with a few of my friends. I think I did pretty good under the circumstances, but I would be very grateful for your opinions as well. For dinner we had hot dogs(I actually don't really like them), and I only had like three, small bites of one. Then I had about ten french fries at the most. That's all I ate all night. We were so busy that I honestly wasn't even hungry. I actually was able to get a lot of exercise in too. We went for over a two mile hike through the woods, and we ran/walked up and down the street, and we were playing pretty active games the whole night. I had been on track the whole week up until last night, and got right back on track today. Do you think I'll still be able to lose weight by my next weigh-in which is next Sunday, the 1st of April? (I weigh myself in two week incraments.)
