Message Replying To From Rebecca, Age 15 Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I have a tough time losing weight and motivating myself for exercise. Also, I do great on my diet during the day, but as soon as i get home from school, I just can't stop eating! how can i curb my appetite, and what snacks are best? I'm trying to stay away from junk foods and chips and stuff and eat healthy, but healthy food is soooo boring! ahh! help!! |
