Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't posted on here in a while. Anyways, I'd like some feedback on how I did today. Breakfast: Total whole-wheat cereal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 1/2 wheat pita w/turkey,swiss cheese,avacado,tomato,olives,lettuce,mustard & also a few carrots; Snack: sugar-free chocolate mint jello; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal-chicken fettichini alfredo & strawberries & 1% milk; Total Calories= about 1,215. Excercise: 20 minute walk & 15 minute bike ride; How'd I do? Let me know. |
